RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication.
RSS is use to publish that website and blog has been updated in other words, frequently updated web based content such as blog post, website content, news headlines, audio, video etc. RSS document also known as Feed, Web Feed, channel. Through RSS Feeds you allow readers to subscribe to your feed and they can read recent changes on a website or blog. The benefit of generating RSS Feed is that you will get wider audiences for your content. RSS is an XML file.

As you know already Search Engines always look for regularly updated fresh content. RSS Feeds helps your sites to be noticed. Submit the feeds to top RSS search engines and news aggregator directories.
Once you generated RSS feed you need to promote that feed.

RSS feeds provide google all the goodness of blogs without all symentic garbage that might come with a system that open to user that are not contant provider.RSS feeds provide google clean data.
