1) Login to your blog.
2) Click to Layout.
3) Click to Edit HTML
4) Download Full Template file to your system for backup in case something goes wrong.
5) Check Expand Widget Templates
6) search for nofollow attribute in template by simply press ctrl+F and then type nofollow and enter

simply delete rel='nofollow' and let the rest of the code remain the same.
